Ready to Enroll?
You will find all the applications and forms you need to enroll your child at Giggles & Grace below. These forms are vital to our care because they help us learn about your child’s likes and dislike, schedule, and allows us to gather safety and emergency information among many other necessary pieces of information. Once you download and fill out these forms, we prefer that you drop off these forms in person. This allows us to meet you face-to-face and answer questions in-person, do a quick tour of Giggles & Grace, and potentially meet teachers of your child. Due to COVID-19, virtual tours are required if children are occupying a classroom.
